Farm Friday

Good Morning,

Friday sure rolled around fast again this week, hasn't it?
Here are a few pictures from around the farm this week.

This road leads down the hill to the pond from the middle pasture. I don't walk it often because of all the rattlesnakes that like that road also.(sorry, no snake picture today)

The cows down the road in the bottom pasture.

Billy and the water wheel.

The guineas in the front yard at the fruit trees.

Taking a good look to see what all needs to be done to fix the sawmill.

Another evening at the old mill pond.

The chickens are getting the hang of roosting now.

Have a great day!

I love the sunset shot, and the shot through the trees. And I think the Guinea Fowl are great.

Oh, such pretty cows. Are those "Jersey" cows? Those are definitely my favorite. They just look so sweet and gentle.
Tell me, are your biddies roosting on t-posts?

I think guineas are real interesting to have around. There was a flock in our neighborhood when I was growing up.
Nice pictures from your place!

My husband is amazed to see your guinea fowl. He thought they were exclusive to us in South Africa!

Great pictures! Love the guineas they remind me of being a kid. I always loved to see them run in a big bunch when a car was coming and listen to them fuss.

Hey woman~
I just dropped in to see what y'all are up to~
My camera is broken, I ordered a new one and it was a scam switch and bait site, I bought one at an auction last night (after a few glasses of wine) and upon closer inspection it is a FILM camera!

I can't catch a break! hahahah
I love your farm and the water wheel is my favorite! I want to build a fountain with a smaller scale wheel like yours!

Happy Sunday!!

Jules
